The most frequently experienced viewing and technical difficulties are often a quick fix.
If your video is not playing as it should, here are some quick fixes to try:
- Refresh the page
- Change your browser
- Log out, then back in again
- Clear your cookies cache
- If you are using a phone, try a desktop computer if possible
- Ensure that you are connected to the internet (classes are streamed, so require an internet connection)
- Check that you do not have content or pop up blockers enabled for Teachable. These may block the video, making it impossible to play.
- How long since you restarted your computer or device? This is another thing to try that may help to reset and fix the issue.
- Having trouble downloading a PDF? Look to the bottom left of your screen. Here you will see some “download” text plus some green text, usually with a file name. Click on the text to download the PDF and then print, if desired.
