Afternoon Choc Hit Bliss Ball

A delicious and healthy afternoon treat
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Almond Meal
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Dessicated coconut (optional for rolling)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mash together using a fork until well combined.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Roll in dessicated coconut or extra cocoa
  5. Store in the fridge in a container.
