Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek Full Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 scoop (15g) Collagen Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Pure Cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients together into a bowl or container.
  2. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until all ingredients are blended.
  3. Serve into bowl or cup.
  4. Eat immediately or place into fridge for a firmer texture.
