Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey
  • 250 ml Hot/warm liquid I use a mixture of hot water and dairy milk

Method
 

  1. Add the dry ingredients and honey to your cup. Pour in the hot liquid and stir well. Add milk or other liquid, if using.
