It's all good, it seems to be all over blogger at the moment. I get email notifications that people have left comments but when I check them there are none to be seen, I'd say they are upgrading the system or something and it's causing glitches.
If there are still problems it might be with blogger itself. There all kinds of blogs (via Blogger Help Forum) that have all kinds of issues right now with comments.

I always get my mail sent back, but it seems to still register somehow?
