Yes it’s that time again and I’m very pleased to be giving away some hand dyed fabric for the first time. The winner will receive a hand painted fat quarter and 2 hand dyed co-ordinating pieces measuring 16 x 16 inches from my skyscape series.

    Oh and I like hand dyed fabric because it has been loved by someones hands, and what I would do with it is add it to a baby quilt I am planning for a friend. Pay it forward:)

    Hi Kel,

    Thank you for the email. I was surprised reading while it.
    If your fabric is siutable for cross stitch, I would stitch a nice picture on it. Or maybe making a bag… I don't know.
    There are lots of reasons why I like hand dyed fabric and flosses. One of them is that they are cheaper than I can buy in shops.

    how fab, such wonderful colours … I would admire it for awhile, opening and refolding it several times lol, then I'm thinking a wonderful hanging or banner for a celebration.

    Oh those are so pretty, I love hand dyed fabric because every piece is different even when the same colours are used.

    I would make a table runner that I could use to show off the beauty of the fabric.
