Out of the woodwork all ye lurkers!!!

Gill had a post some time ago now about the fact that so many would visit her blog yet so few would bother to leave a comment. There are many reasons for this happening – people don’t have time to comment, they’re not interested enought to comment, they don’t care enough to comment….

So, for today I would love for you who lurk here to stop and introduce yourselves. Whenever I get a comment from an unfamiliar blogger I go to check out their blog too. Even if you’re visiting for the first time today, a quick Hi! would make my day.

And thanks so much to those who do comment here regularly, you make me feel it’s all worth it šŸ™‚

We've met via etsy (I so love your Lil Mims…) and I read your blog regularly, but you're right, I rarely comment…mostly because my daughter has typing envy (not computer…typing!…probably because I'm a writer šŸ˜‰

So I love your dolls (I'm going to have to start a doll budget just for your creations, LOL) and appreciate your blog very much…keep it up, please!

    Hi šŸ™‚ lol
I don't always comment coz sometimes my words seem silly lol
I also use a reader to keep up with the blogs I follow, so don't always get over to comment if I am short on time.

Hiya – I dont often lurk – just dont get here as often as I like:)

Also find that the CM girls dont comment in two places – if they have commented on something in a thread I dont get a comment on my blog.

    Hi,

I JUST found and bookmarked your blog. What a weath of crafty inspiration and photo eye candy! I am going to have so much fun going through all your posts I can tell already! I love your dolls!! Your wet felted eggs your play room-everything!

Its funny though, I had a very strong (love!) reaction to this blog and book marked it right away but you are right-I probably wouldn't have left a comment right away. I'd have to work up to that for some reason. I'm glad that this was the first post I read.

I am not a lurker– I comment too— but hi anyway!!!

I know what you mean by lurkers– I have a lot but no-one ever comments. This is probably why I rarely post on my own blog anymore.

I am guilty of not commenting as much as I used to – I use Bloglines to quickly check what my fav bloggers have been doing, but usually doing it in between school runs, lunch times, housework etc so feel that I don't have the time to comment lately. I really need to do it more again though, it really doesn't take that long and I know how much I appreciate getting comments on my blog too. I love seeing all your dolls on your blog, they are just adorable.

Hi, I'm one of the silent readers šŸ˜‰
But if haven't to say something meaningful, why should I leave bla bla bla? And sometimes I'm to tiered to think on something and this also in a foreign language. So don't be sad about no comments, be happy that you have so many interested readers, who like your stuff.

Good morning! I comment every now and then and love reading your blog. It is so easy to get into the habbit of visiting blogs, reading and not leaving a comment, so for today I will be commenting on every blog I visit!

    Have a nice day.
