My mother-in-law gave me this recipe, the children love it. Very easy.
1/4 pound butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cornflakes
1 cup coconut
Mely the butter and honey and add to mixed dry ingredients. Press into a shallow tin and bake at about 160 degrees (celsius). Allow to cool in tin, cut into squares. Simple!

It was yummy Kelly. Loved by the kids and father in law alike! I used brown sugar too (just cos I love the stuff) and it was nice and chewy.
    Thanks for sharing.
