I just had a renewal on teachable for $157 and I had requested online to not renew. Would you please send back the money. Thanks. Shirley

Kelly, I’m sorry to bother you again, but I didn’t receive the email you said you were sending about my problem with logging in. I think it’s the same reason I’ve had problems with logging in. I had to change my email account, and deleted the first one because it was hacked. So in the information y’all have, you have my old email address. Please help me find a way to login and use my account for classes – currently, my account is under the wrong email address. I’ll really appreciate your help😊

    Hi Kelly.
I’m part of the Lanarkshire Songwriters in Scotland and I’ve written a song regarding the 1820
Scottish Insurrection which was partly to do with the weavers in my village (Stonehouse) and nearby village of
    Strathaven.
3 of which were hung under English laws .
One of them was called James ‘Purlie’ Wilson who invented the purl stitch.
Anyway I was looking through Youtube for a sound of a weaving loom and found on your feed an ASMR floor weaving loom which the noise it makes would be perfect for my song.
would there be a chance I could use it as a backing to my song?
I can honestly say that it is not for profit but I could send you a CD when its fully recorded.

    Kind regards.

    Wilf.

Hi Wilfe, I wouldn’t have any objection to that at all. I’m guessing you would need the file in mp4 format?

I cannot figure out how to print the pdfs. Is there a way to do this?

      Yes Shelly,
Every PDF file screen has a “download” button at the bottom left of the file. It will also have some green text underneath where it says download. Click on the coloured text to download, then you can print 😊

    Hi Kelly,
I have a membership to your weaving school and used to be part of the Members only group. Now I can’t log in and don’t receive an email for the ‘forgotten password’ re-set.
I seem to remember you were changing the website for the group but seem to have lost the link.
Can you help me get back in, please?
    Thanks,

This is my second year in your online weaving school. I’m having problems printing the pdfs for the class I’m taking. I tried to sign in on my phone and laptop to see if I could print from there but your site does not recognize my email. How can I access the school on other devices?

      at

Shelley, at the bottom left of each printable there is some text that says “download” in black and then there is some green text with the file name. Click on the file name to download and then print.

You should be able to at least access the school on your phone or laptop, some students do have trouble printing from a phone though.

Kelly, I’m interested in enrolling in your class, Setting up for Success. When I go to pay for it, it says that it expires in 4 days. Does that mean that I only have four days to view and use t?

No Kathy, it just means that enrolments are only open for 4 more days. Once you purchase, you have permanent access to the class 😊

Kelly, I am busy putting yarn into balls, how long will these classes be available. This is going to take me awhile. Love the designs, may work with the double heddle. I also love the Garden Pattern that I bought but will need to study it to ensure I understand it. I also bought hand painted (dyed) yarn to use on this pattern.

    Hello Kelly,
I wanted to thank you for your kind, patient and thorough videos. Watching several each day has gotten me through a rough patch of a recent illness (compounded by a simultaneous stint of unemployment and a chilly Minnesota winter). A knitter and crocheter, I’ve always wanted to learn to weave, and after a few weeks of studying your fabulous videos, I decided now was the time. I bought a 16″ rigid heddle loom which I LOVE. I have just finished my first project (a couch cushion cover) and am now using your worksheet to figure out yarn requirements for a towel set. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for your website.
    Many thanks,
    Sarah

    Hi Kelly,
I have tried a couple of times to register for the new free class. I use the email attached to my teachable account. I do not get an email back to confirm my subscription as it says I will. I’ve signed into teachable just to see if it is in my feed, but it is not. What do I need to do differently?

Lois, as a Gold member you can commence Boot Camp whenever you like. Some of last month’s participants are still finishing off. Otherwise, the next time it opens is usually September, depending on numbers.

Hi Kelly, While I’ve really enjoyed your online teaching I find I don’t really have time to watch as many classes as I’d like to so, sadly, I’d like to cancel my membership before it automatically renews on the 22 July. Is this sufficient as a cancellation instruction or could you tell me how to go about it. I can’t find anywhere on your website.
    Many thanks.

I’m sorry you don’t have the time you need, but I completely understand!
      Best wishes for your future
